Audit Report.

投资各方最近一年的审计报告、投资方公司盖章

Latest audit report(2006) of the investing company and signed by the legal representative of the investing company

境外投资方法人代表或董事会主席身份证或护照

Passport of legal representative or chairman of the investing company

复印件上请签名

Please sign name on the copy of passport.

境外投资方企业银行资信证明

Bank reference letter of the investing company

投资方为境外自然人的提供当地银行的余额证明，需大于投资额

The investors shall provide balance prove of local bank if the investors is natural person, and the balance shall more than investing capitals.

租房合同

Office leasing agreement

租期一年以上。

The duration of the leasing property must be 1 year above. (will be provided)

所租赁房屋产权证

Property right certificate

租赁房屋产权证复印件须加盖产权方公章

Property right certificate shall be chopped by landlord (will be provided)

拟设立公司董事会成员简历、法人代表人简历、身份证明及照片Appointment letter for board of directors or executive director of the new company. Resume, 2 passport copies, 2 color photos of the  legal representative and director(s) of the new Chinese company 

2寸彩色照片及身份证明复印件上请签名

Two-inch color photos and please sign name on the copy of passport.

Authorization letter of the investing company(Authorize agent to do registration affairs)

Letter of appointment(Appoint Legal rep. and supervisor of  the new Chinese company)

境外投资方企业出具，董事长签字

Signed by chairman of the investing company.

Resume of  the supervisor of the new Chinese company, 1 passport copy, 1 color photo
